Terms of Use

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, in line with the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play from which you obtained the app.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute our apps, not to use them for unlawful purposes, and not to interfere with their security or operation.
3. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Some apps offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown in the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's policies.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to photos, documents and other content you create or process with our apps. Our utility apps act on your content locally and you are responsible for keeping backups. Deleting files with a cleaning app is permanent; always review before confirming.
5. Intellectual property
The apps, website, logos, designs and code are owned by Zimalify or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zimalify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of our apps or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Client services
Design and development services for clients are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; estimates are indicative until confirmed in writing.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to an app if you breach these terms. You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
